What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk position at Campbell Property Management?
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Front Desk to support the daily operations of a Homeowners Association (HOA) community. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors, providing excellent customer service while assisting with administrative tasks and general office operations.
The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a busy community office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
Assist residents with general questions, requests, and community-related information.
Maintain visitor logs, sign-in sheets, and other front desk records.
Monitor the reception area and help ensure that community access procedures are followed.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries as needed.
Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
Coordinate with property management, maintenance, security, and other departments as needed.
Report resident concerns, maintenance issues, and unusual incidents to management.
Assist with other administrative and front desk duties as assigned.
