What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at Campbell Property Management?
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repair duties. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AC/HVAC systems, electrical work, painting, and general maintenance repairs. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems
- Troubleshoot and repair AC/HVAC systems
- Complete basic electrical repairs and maintenance
- Perform painting, drywall repair, and touch-up work
- Handle plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks as needed
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean condition
- Report major repair needs to management
Full-Time Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: Up to $23 DOE
