What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at Campbell Property Management?
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of the community's common areas, amenities, and facilities. This position performs preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and general upkeep to ensure the property remains clean, safe, and in excellent condition. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-service oriented, and experienced in general building maintenance.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the community, clubhouse, and common areas.
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct daily inspections of community amenities, including the clubhouse, fitness center, pool area, restrooms, playgrounds, and walking paths.
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, carpentry, and lighting repairs.
- Pressure wash sidewalks, buildings, pool decks, and other common areas as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property by removing debris, trash, leaves, and palm fronds.
- Set up and break down tables, chairs, and equipment for community events and meetings.
- Replace light bulbs, ceiling tiles, air filters, and other building components.
- Monitor irrigation and report landscaping concerns.
- Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and inventory of supplies.
- Report safety hazards, vandalism, and maintenance issues to management.
- Assist with emergency situations, including storm preparation and recovery.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide courteous and professional service to residents, vendors, and guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
Full-Time Wed-Sun 8am-4pm
Pay rate: Up to $22 DOE
