Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance/Janitorial staff member to assist with the upkeep and cleanliness of our facilities. This role involves preparing tennis courts for play, performing janitorial duties, and assisting with light maintenance repairs under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare tennis courts for daily use, including cleaning, grooming, and ensuring all equipment is in proper condition.
Perform janitorial tasks, including cleaning the guardhouse, restrooms, and tennis facilities to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Conduct light maintenance repairs as directed by the Supervisor.
Report any safety hazards, maintenance needs, or facility issues to the Supervisor in a timely manner.
Ensure all assigned areas are well-maintained, orderly, and ready for community use.
Pay rate: Up to $18DOE
Full-Time Wednesday through Sunday 6:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m
