What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial position at Campbell Property Management?
The HOA Janitorial / Common
Grounds Maintenance employee is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness,
appearance, and overall upkeep of the community’s common areas, recreational
facilities, and outdoor grounds.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Facility & Common Area
Cleaning
- Clean,
sweep, mop, and vacuum community clubhouse/onsite office, and other common
areas as needed
- Clean
and disinfect restrooms, ensuring supplies such as soap, paper towels, and
toilet paper remain stocked
- Clean
interior and exterior clubhouse windows and glass doors
- Empty,
clean, and sanitize indoor and outdoor common area trash receptacles and
cigarette urns
Recreation & Outdoor
Maintenance
- Clean
and arrange pool deck furniture and common outdoor seating areas every
morning upon arrival.
- Clean
and sanitize playground as needed
- Pressure
wash and maintain common area sidewalks, walkways, parking lots,
playground, and tennis court as needed
- Pick up
litter and debris throughout parking areas, landscaped areas, lawns, and
community common grounds
Safety & Facility
Support
- Maintain
janitorial supply closets and notify management when supplies need
replenishment
- Perform
minor preventative maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or
unclogging toilets
- Report
maintenance concerns, property damage, or safety hazards to the Community
Association Manager
- Assist
with setup and breakdown of clubhouse for community meetings (tables and
chairs)
Full-Tine Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
Pay rate: Up to $20 DOE
