Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise front desk/concierge staff, including scheduling and shift coverage
Ensure front desk operations follow condominium policies, procedures, and security protocols
Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
Monitor building access, visitor logs, package handling, and key/fob control
Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests, escalating issues as needed
Train new front desk staff and provide ongoing coaching
Maintain front desk logs, incident reports, and daily activity reports
Coordinate with maintenance, security, and property management teams
Respond to emergencies and follow established incident and safety procedures
Enforce house rules and building policies consistently and professionally
