Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Concierge Supervisor to lead our front desk team at an ultra-luxury condominium in Pompano, FL. The Concierge Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, providing exceptional service to residents and guests, and coordinating the activities of other concierge employees. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a luxurious and welcoming environment.
Duties
- Lead and supervise concierge staff in providing courteous and professional service to residents and guests.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and presents a positive first impression.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and requests with efficiency and discretion.
- Oversee the intake and logging of packages, coordinating with concierge team members.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex resident issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Coordinate the scheduling of concierge team members to ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Collaborate with the property management team to address scheduling needs and changes.
- Assist in training new concierge staff and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Supervise access control measures and security protocols.
- Oversee the provision of information and assistance to residents regarding local services, amenities, and events.
- Coordinate concierge services for residents and guests.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, package deliveries, and other relevant information.
- Communicate effectively with the property management team and other departments.
- Implement and supervise emergency response procedures.
- Coordinate with emergency services and management to ensure resident safety during emergencies.
- Obtain Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and coordinate vendor access to the property
- Maintain and manage calendars for move-ins and in-unit vendor work
- Handle basic invoicing, including managing, cataloging, processing, and submitting payments
Requirements
- Proven experience in a concierge/front desk role, with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience in coordinating and scheduling a team is a plus.
