What are the responsibilities and job description for the Club Attendant position at Campbell Property Management?
The Club Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and proper operation of the HOA clubhouse and amenity areas. This position provides friendly and professional service to residents and guests while ensuring the clubhouse, meeting rooms, restrooms, pool areas, and other amenities are clean, organized, safe, and ready for daily use and community events.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Open and close the clubhouse and amenity areas according to established procedures.
- Greet and assist residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Monitor clubhouse and amenity areas to ensure residents follow community rules and regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the clubhouse, lobby, hallways, meeting rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and other common areas.
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, counters, floors, sinks, appliances, and high-touch surfaces.
- Maintain pool deck and surrounding amenity areas by removing trash, debris, leaves, and other materials.
- Restock restrooms, kitchen, and clubhouse supplies as needed.
- Assist with room setups and breakdowns for meetings, parties, social events, and community functions.
- Arrange tables, chairs, decorations, and other equipment according to event requirements.
- Monitor clubhouse equipment and report damaged, malfunctioning, or unsafe items to management.
- Perform routine inspections of clubhouse and amenity areas and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Assist residents with basic questions regarding clubhouse facilities, amenities, and scheduled activities.
- Maintain accurate records of clubhouse use, incidents, supplies, and other information as required.
- Ensure doors, windows, lights, appliances, and other clubhouse areas are properly secured when closing.
- Assist with enforcing clubhouse rules, including proper use of facilities and maintaining a clean and respectful environment.
- Respond appropriately to resident concerns and refer complaints or issues to the Property Manager or designated supervisor.
- Assist with special projects and community events as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
Full-Time Flexible Schedule. Must be available to work some evenings and/or weekends as needed to cover events.
Pay Rate: $17
