What are the responsibilities and job description for the Club Attendant position at Campbell Property Management?
The Clubhouse Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and welcoming atmosphere of the clubhouse and surrounding areas. This position ensures that community standards are upheld and that residents have a positive experience while utilizing the clubhouse and pool facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and oversee the clubhouse and pool areas to ensure residents comply with community rules and regulations.
- Replenish paper products and other supplies in restrooms as needed.
- Perform light cleaning duties, including wiping glass doors, addressing minor spills, and maintaining general tidiness throughout the facility.
- Assist with setup and cleanup following resident or community events.
- Maintain organized filing systems and records as required.
- Issue vehicle stickers, access fobs, and other community identification materials to residents.
Monday – Friday 4:00pm – 9pm and Sunday 8a-9:00pm
Pay Rate: $15
