Wheeler Machinery Co. is hiring a full-time Parts Specialist for the Salt Lake City location, working night shift hours from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM. This role involves loading and unloading parts for customers and technicians, supporting PUDO and Parts Express operations, handling returns and customer pick-up/drop-off of parts and components, performing core inspections, processing warranties, and managing shipping and receiving tasks.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Safety will be the applicant’s top priority.
- Must be familiar with and participate in CPS/CI process.
- Must be process driven/detail oriented.
- This is an intermediate customer facing role in the parts department.
- This is not part of the warehouse trainee program
- Required to be proficient in all warehouse journeyman duties while being able to show ownership to any task assigned.
- Parts specialist duties include but not limited to:
- Core inspection
- Loading and unloading of customers and technicians
- Warranty processing
- Hose Room
- Shipping and receiving
- Credits
- Returns and customer parts/component pick-up and drop off
- As well as all other journeyman warehouse function
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
