POSITION SUMMARY
Serves as a physician's clerical and clinical support to ensure the delivery of quality patient care.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Assists the physician in the clinic with patient care
- Answers and responds appropriately to callers' needs including calling in prescriptions as directed by the physician
- Manages all physicians' written and electronic materials and maintains patient charts
- Manages physician calendar
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to work in a cooperative manner with others
- Performs other related duties as assigned
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required.
Experience: 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment required. 1 year of clerical experience required.
Certifications: MA, LPN, or RN certification required.
Computer Skills: Must be computer literate. Intermediate computer skills are required.
