We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable bookkeeper/administrative assistant to join our team. The role is essential in having the ability to assist with everyday office duties in a fast-paced environment in our Norwalk office for our high-end clientele serving the legal community. The position entails answering time sensitive e-mails, scheduling, calendaring, generating invoices, payroll, bank deposits and filing. Proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and Excel including having a solid understanding of accounting principles. *** THIS POSITION REQUIRES THAT YOU HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION FOR DAILY ERRANDS ***
