Our line of products includes cartoning machines, case packers, palletizers, blister machines, labelers, and wrapping machines. We guarantee local commercial and technical support to all our customers in the US and Canada.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technician, he/she will ensure the efficient functioning of our workshop. The ideal candidate has experience of working in a mechanic workshop, of packaging machinery in particular. This role will require working full-time at our plant, periodically travelling, inspecting, installing and starting machines.
Duties
- Manage the Company's workshop and show room.
- Manage technical design and assembly aspects of ongoing projects, by sourcing, installing or integrating parts, defining time frames and costs for the execution of a project.
- Handle customer service inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct inspections, installation and start up at customer's sites, as well as training programs to support customers.
