This is an on-site role in our Washington, DC office.
As our newest VP, you'll mange relationships with clients and be a vital part of helping conservative candidates, consultants and organizations achieve victory up and down the ballot. This position is ideal for someone who has worked in a campaign, party, or grassroots organization, and is seeking a stable, permanent career where your political experience and connections are valued.

VP of Client Success responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with our largest and most valued clients and prospects: consultants, major campaigns, and conservative organizations
- Develop and manage project plans and budgets for phone and text campaigns
- Manage and develop team members to support your project and relationship management
- Lead members of your team and coordinate with other internal and external teams to ensure projects are executed on time and without error
- Edit phone, text, and automated call scripts
- Manage client approvals, changes, and payments
- Uphold and maintain our company reputation and culture
- Engage and commit yourself to ongoing training and skill development
VP of Client Success requirements:
- Existing relationships with decision makers in the political industry, or the ability to develop these relationships.
- 4 years of full-time experience in political or issue campaign work, grassroots voter contact, or political vendor client services.
- This may include roles such as Campaign Manager, Political Director, Communications Director, or Finance Director, or a role in account management, client services, or leadership with a political service firm or vendor.
- Experience in a management/leadership position.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
- Regardless of past achievement level, coachable and eager to learn.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience using project tracking tools or CRMs is a plus, but not required (e.g., Asana, Trello, Salesforce).
Salary range for this position: $80,000 - $95,000
