As a Political Account Manager, you aren’t just managing accounts — you’re a strategic growth driver. You’ll lead candidates from launch to victory, accelerate new client acquisition, and champion innovative tools that reshape modern conservative campaigning.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Success & Strategic Guidance
- Serve as the primary advisor and trusted point of contact for Campaign in a Box clients.
- Build and execute data-driven digital campaign strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Guide candidates through websites, email, SMS, fundraising, and outreach tools.
Sales, Revenue Growth & Upselling
- Prospect, pitch, and close GOP candidates and political organizations.
- Increase monthly recurring revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling of platform features, premium tools, and add-on services.
- Identify opportunities to grow account value and maximize client lifetime value.
- Turn client needs into new sales opportunities by recommending advanced data products, enhanced communications packages, and expanded media offerings.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of new leads while nurturing long-term client relationships.
Network Expansion & Brand Representation
- Strengthen relationships across county, state, and national GOP networks.
- Represent Campaign in a Box at GOP conventions, conferences, victory dinners, grassroots summits, and political trainings.
Performance Monitoring & Collaboration
- Monitor digital metrics and campaign performance, providing insightful, actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative, technical, and compliance teams to ensure seamless delivery of campaign assets and tools.
Qualifications
- 3 years in campaigns, political consulting, political SaaS, or digital campaign tech (preferred).
- Proven sales experience with a strong record of hitting quotas, closing deals, and growing accounts.
- Solid understanding of GOP messaging, voter engagement, and campaign structure (preferred).
- Outstanding communication, client service, and presentation skills.
- SaaS experience and familiarity with digital political platforms a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 45%.
