THE AGENCY
As an Account Manager you’ll build trust, spark bold ideas, and help push our clients’ projects forward in ways that make them say, “Wow.”
You’ll be the one juggling multiple projects (without dropping the ball), keeping everything organized, on track, and infused with creativity. From a full-blown video shoot to a quick-turn static performance ad, you’ll make sure the work is polished, on-time and on budget.
You’re the gatekeeper of greatness, the person who ensures nothing leaves the agency unless it’s tight, on point, and client-ready. You are a proactive problem-solver who thrives in organized chaos, loves collaborating with smart and creative people, and gets a buzz from seeing clients light up over the work you deliver—this is your role.
THE WORK
- Client Relationships
- Quickly build authentic relationships
- Be the go-to project resource for our clients, keeping communication flowing daily with confidence, clarity, and a dash of creative spark.
- Guide client approvals smoothly and position solutions that make them say, “Yes, let’s do it!”
- Lead upbeat internal kick-off meetings that set our teams up for success, balancing client goals with agency creativity.
- Be outrageously organized
- Map out project timelines and keep our creative work on track, on budget, and full of flair.
- Keep a pulse on everything happening across client accounts so resources and timelines run like clockwork.
- Team up across departments to craft marketing strategies that are smart, detailed, and fun to execute.
- Give every piece of work the polish it deserves; everything that leaves the agency should shine.
- Work hand-in-hand with media partners and vendors to nail down specs, deadlines, and smooth delivery of final assets.
- Collaborate with Department Head and Client Success teams on monthly billing and project estimates—setting the stage for creative work that’s both bold and financially smart.
- Keep budgets healthy and transparent, catching roadblocks before they pop up.
- Track project hours daily to make sure we’re working efficiently and spending time where it matters most.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in Account Management (Marketing/Agency experience is preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient with project management tools such as ClickUp, Slack, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.
- Other useful skills & knowledge: Basic HTML knowledge, Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools
- Strong Presentation Skills

- $60,000 - $65,000 DOE
