Retail RV Sales Representative

High-Volume Family-Owned RV Dealership – Georgia

RV sales is one of the fastest-growing industries in America, and we’re expanding our team. We are seeking 2 Retail RV Sales Representatives to join our high-volume, family-owned dealership known for transparency and integrity.

No RV experience required — paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend RV solutions
• Present RV features, pricing, and services
• Answer product questions and support purchasing decisions
• Cross-sell products and services
• Stay current on inventory and new models
• Work with the sales team to deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales experience preferred (RV, auto, boat, powersports, or other big-ticket sales)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and computer skills
• High school diploma required
• Marketing or internet lead experience a plus

Schedule & Pay

• Set Draw commission bonuses
• Weekly pay
• Mon–Fri 8:30–5:30 (one weekday off)
• Saturday 5-hour shift
• Closed Sundays & major holidays
