**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Sports Specialist with a passion for working with children. The ideal candidate will have experience in sports, both playing and coaching, with a possible major in physical education or a degree. Early childhood experience preferred, but not required.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide group support to campers with diverse learning needs
- Implement strategies to engage campers
- Utilize behavior management techniques to create a positive environment
- Collaborate with counselors and supervisors
- Assist in planning and implementing activities
**Experience:**
- Experience working with children in various settings such as childcare, sports coaching, or babysitting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt methods to meet the needs of individual campers
