This is NOT a babysitting job — this is a leadership role where you run activities, lead groups, and help create an unforgettable camp experience.

Qualities Needed
- Experience working with children
- Ability to work comfortably outdoors most of the day
- Be enthusiastic, dependable, and fun
- Understanding the goals and objectives of day camp, along with the ability to work with children to develop their character, experiences, and insights.
- Knowledge of camp program and planning
- Implement the Camp syllabus and notify the Director of any schedule changes.
- Always prioritize the health and safety of campers.
Responsibilities
- Maintain supervision and accountability of campers at all times
- Follow all camp safety procedures and emergency protocols
- Complete incident reports and daily logs as needed
- Maintain confidentiality regarding camper information
- Report any concerns directly to camp leadership
- Take ownership of camp syllabi to bring each week to life and create the best experience possible for your campers.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
