Position Summary
The Revenue Assistant supports the resort’s revenue optimization efforts by ensuring accuracy across all distribution systems, analyzing performance data, monitoring competitor activity, and helping develop actionable strategies that drive occupancy, ADR, and total revenue. This position plays a key role in maintaining data integrity, identifying trends, and assisting in tactical decisions that maximize profitability across all resort segments and channels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ensure all resort information, rates, and availability are accurately loaded, audited, and maintained across the PMS and all connected distribution channels (OTAs, direct website, GDS, etc.).
· Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, including pickup, pace, segmentation, and revenue summaries.
· Conduct daily pick-up and pace analysis; highlight variances, trends, and opportunities, and recommend tactical adjustments to the Director of Park Strategy.
· Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and positioning using benchmarking tools and OTA rate shopping systems to identify opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
· Analyze market trends, booking patterns, and channel performance to identify revenue opportunities and optimize distribution strategy.
· Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and rate strategy development to support long-term revenue planning.
· Support the management of day-to-day yield operations, including rate updates, restrictions, and promotional offers to optimize performance.
· Ensure sales, inventory, and revenue data for all distribution channels are accurate and fully reconciled in PMS and reporting systems.
· Provide insights and recommendations to improve occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall profitability across transient, group, and ancillary revenue streams.
· Assist in developing and executing promotional and pricing plans in coordination with Marketing and Sales to drive demand during need periods.
· Maintain system configurations to ensure all tools (PMS, channel manager, revenue management system) are properly validated and operating at full capacity.
· Track and analyze competitive performance reports to inform strategy adjustments.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment on pricing, packaging, and positioning.
· Assist in evaluating new distribution opportunities, OTA partnerships, and promotional placements to expand reach and improve channel performance.
· Support resort teams in understanding rate structures, system procedures, and distribution best practices.
· Perform additional revenue-related tasks or projects as assigned by the Director of Park Strategy.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent revenue management or hotel operations experience accepted.
· Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospitality revenue management, reservations, or front office roles with strong exposure to pricing and distribution strategies.
· Strong analytical and numerical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
· Proficient in Excel, PMS/Channel Management Systems (Newbook experience a plus), and reporting dashboards.
· Working knowledge of OTAs, third-party booking channels, and rate parity principles.
· Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across departments and present findings clearly.
· Proactive, self-starting team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
· Flexible to work extended hours or weekends when required during high-volume or key planning periods.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
