What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Camp Laundry & Custodial Position position at Camp Kabeyun?
Camp Kabeyun, a boys' summer camp on Lake Winnipesaukee since 1924, is looking for a reliable Laundry & Bathhouse Cleaner to help keep camp clean and running smoothly.
What you'll do:
- Wash, dry, and fold campers' laundry on a regular rotation
- Clean and restock bathhouses across camp (showers, sinks, toilets) daily
- Keep supplies stocked and report any maintenance issues
- Maintain a consistent cleaning schedule that fits around camp activities
What we're looking for:
- Someone dependable who shows up and gets the work done
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting laundry, standing, cleaning)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- No experience required — we'll show you the ropes
Details:
- $18/hour to start
- 30–40 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling, including some weekend availability
- Work takes place on our camp property in Alton Bay, on Lake Winnipesaukee
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
