Job Summary
This position oversees retreat bookings and sales operations for Camp Highroad, managing all aspects of retreat planning, reservations, and customer relationships. The role focuses on driving retreat sales, coordinating logistics with professionalism and attention to detail, and fostering meaningful connections with guests to create a smooth and welcoming booking experience.
Duties
- Retreat and Day Trip Sales: Manage all aspects of retreat and day trip planning, bookings, and reservations
- Eco Eternity Sales: Work with Administrative Assistant to ensure internments and services are provided to guests
- Booking Sales: Oversee booking sales operations with professionalism and attention to detail
- Prepare monthly data reports and daily occupancy reports
- Assist with weekend programs as needed, which may include programming, kitchen support, or maintenance
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Additional Duties if Residing on Premises:
- Be available to respond to crises while on site
- Participate in a shared rotating weekend On-Duty expectations
- Maintain assigned residence and report concerns to maintenance department promptly
- Sign and adhere to the Housing Agreement
