JOB OPPORTUNITY:
Spend a summer in the beautiful Allegheny Mountains of West Virginia, making friends and having a positive impact on campers Our age groups are split into four "villages", based on age group and gender. Villages Leaders serve as the senior leadership of camp and reside in their village; the Village Leader is the overall supervisor for up to 20 staff and up to 70 children, and is the first resource for their counselors, providing support, coaching, encouraging and offering feedback as they create a dynamic and welcoming cabin life experience for their campers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 18 years of age by June 12, 2026.
- Experience working with children.
- Positive attitude, open mind, willing to learn new activities.
- Able to relocate to West Virginia (housing provided) for the duration of contract dates.
- Teamwork and solution-oriented, willing to learn from and create with others.
- Child-focused and committed to creating safe and fun experiences for our campers.
