How you will contribute to our TEAM:
- Research, create and recommend scopes of work, contractors, vendors and suppliers. All RFPs must be submitted to client within 72 hours.
- Coordinate and direct awarded work to include subcontractor buyout and management, material procurement, invoice review and approval, and client approval.
- Manage all assigned projects toward the objectives of completion on time, on budget, and with a high level of client satisfaction.
- Ensure knowledge of construction practices, ADA standards, local and state building codes are up to date.
- Communicate timely and effectively with appropriate site-level personnel which could be the Property Manager, Maintenance Supervisor and or Regional Manager concerning all aspects of the project.
- Inspect all completed work to ensure quality control.
- Ensure a safe working environment is maintained targeting a “Zero Incidents Today” mindset to include conducting and participating in safety meetings and programs.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective subcontractors.
- Review invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance to agreed terms.
- Manage or assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
