Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from entry to exit.
- Manage dogs as they transition from the front desk to the play areas, handling them with care and attention.
- Promote and sell our services, including upselling add-on services to enhance the customer’s experience.
- Handle multiple phone lines, process check-ins, and manage cash and credit transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including assisting with cleaning up after the dogs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining composed and effective even during busy times.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or cashier roles, which will influence compensation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and their pets.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and cross-sell additional services, such as training and grooming.
- Excellent communication skills, both with customers and team members.
- A genuine love for dogs is essential; previous experience with animals is a plus but not required.
