As the go-to destination for daycare, boarding, and grooming services in Silverdale, we’re looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team and help us deliver a paws-itively amazing experience for our clients and their furry companions.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest—human or canine—feels welcomed and cared for. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting clients and their pups with a smile and positive attitude. - Handling check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling appointments. - Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries about our services. - Maintaining accurate records of client and pet information. - Assisting with administrative tasks to keep our operations running smoothly. - Collaborating with the team to ensure a safe and happy environment for all our guests.

We’re searching for a Front Desk Associate who can bring a blend of professionalism, enthusiasm, and love for animals to the role. To thrive in this position, you should have: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - A friendly, approachable demeanor and a genuine love for dogs. - The ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment. - A commitment to providing top-notch service to our clients and their pets.
