Responsibilities

- Clean and disinfect kennels, cages, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment
- Monitor animals’ behavior and health, reporting any concerns to veterinary staff or management
- Assist with daily exercise routines and socialization activities for pets in our care
- Maintain accurate records of animal intake, outgoing, and medical treatments
- Support customer interactions by answering questions and providing updates on pet status
- Perform errands such as supply replenishment or transportation of animals within the facility as needed
Skills
- Previous experience in personal service roles with adults, adolescents, or elderly individuals is highly valued
- Experience working in salons, spas, hotels, clinics or private residences demonstrates strong customer service skills
- Ability to efficiently handle appointment scheduling and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with office building operations or clinic environments enhances organizational skills
- Reliable personal transportation assistance ensures timely care delivery and facility support
