Assembled Heart is a Valentine's pop-up collaboration between Paula Hayward of Bear Moon Bakery and Lillian Oler of Assemble Cocktail Workshop. Together, we’ve brought seasonal pop-ups to Boerne’s Main Street, and this will be our second year of this Valentine's concept.
Our holiday concept is simple: a cozy space, fantastic cocktails, and all the cheer the Hill Country Mile can handle. With a playful, vintage-inspired aesthetic and a menu full of LOVELY sips, we aim to create the kind of place people come back to and talk about to all their friends.
We’re hiring a seasonal bar team to help bring this 3-week pop-up to life. This is a high-energy, hospitality-forward environment with a lot of love, spirit(s), and a tight-knit team approach. We’re looking for team players who are:
✅ Reliable and show up ready to work
✅ Have hospitality experience (bar, restaurant, or events)
✅ Have availability during peak nights
✅ Can stand for long periods and move with urgency
✅ Are friendly, warm, and professional with guests
✅ Willing to assist across roles to create a smooth guest experience
✅ Spirits/cocktail knowledge is a plus!
This pop-up is fast-paced, full of character, and truly one-of-a-kind. If you're into creating memorable guest moments with a great team, this is the seasonal gig for you.
There’s also potential for continued work after the holidays as the space transitions back into Camp Bar, our year-round cocktail bar that operates Friday and Saturday evenings in the same location.
