Job Summary:
Camillo properties is actively seeking an experienced IT Sr. Manager. This position is responsible for managing and developing partnership the relationships with key internal customers. The incumbent is charged with identifying, developing, and implementing projects and initiatives to meet the technology needs of the customer base in a fashion which achieves a high level of customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of developers, analysts and others in the achievement of these goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Functions:
- Manage a team of software developers, business analysts and related personnel to develop, maintain and support software systems for applications related to financial systems and data
- Participate and initiate collaborative planning processes for business technology, including “make vs. buy” decisions for technology
- Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle, from defining the strategy and architecture through deployment and support
- Support and ensure SOX compliance within the IT infrastructure
- Develop project schedules including critical paths, resource leveling, time estimates and work breakdown structures
- Ensure that IT projects in support of customer needs are delivered in a timely manner and within a prescribed budget; identify, evaluate, and mitigate the risks affecting any project
- Review and assist in the development of all project-related documentation, including design documents, functional specifications, help files, project proposals, business cases, technical specifications, training manuals and user manuals
- Build and manage teams, including recruiting of additional team members
- Maintain excellent communication channels between the IT department and the assigned customer groups
- Ensure IT standards are followed
- Coach/mentor other Applications team managers, pertaining to administrative and project management processes and documentation

- Excellent time management skills, detail-orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with employees, customers, supervisors, and co-workers throughout the organization.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of management experience in a technology role
- Extensive technical experience with ERPs and related technologies
- Demonstrated systems analysis proficiency
- Solid application development experience using Microsoft technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Project or related project management software/methodologies
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
