- CNA license (Missouri - current and active)
- BLS/CPR certification (as required by the state)
- A caring attitude and a strong work ethic
- Provide hands-on resident care with dignity and compassion
- Make routine rounds every 2 hours
- Assist with bathing, feeding, toileting, repositioning, and ambulation
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Refill water pitchers, make beds, clean overbed tables
- Communicate resident needs to the Charge Nurse or RN
- Follow facility policies, safety protocols, and care procedures
