- Assist with repositioning, toileting, and comfort measures
- Monitor resident safety and well-being during overnight hours
- Make rounds every 2 hours
- Ensure a calm, clean, and restful environment
- Document and report changes to the Charge Nurse or RN
- Follow all facility procedures and safety protocols
