As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you will work under the supervision of the Charge Nurse to ensure medications are administered safely, accurately, and on time. Your role is essential in maintaining the highest level of resident care and safety.

As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you will work under the supervision of the Charge Nurse to ensure medications are administered safely, accurately, and on time. Your role is essential in maintaining the highest level of resident care and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications according to physician orders and facility policies
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Patient Care Supervisor
- Maintain accurate medication documentation and drug inventory records
- Report medication reorders in a timely manner
- Follow proper charting and documentation procedures
- Participate in trainings, meetings, and required in-services
- Current Medication Technician (CMT) Certification
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident-centered care
