Cameo Consulting Group, LLC a management consulting practice based out of Alexandria, VA, is seeking qualified and available Operations Manager to support a prospective Federal client in Patuxent River, MD. The position is full-time, long-term in nature, and onsite. Some telework may be available upon contract award.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Over 10 years of experience
- Acts as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort.
- Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
- Oversees contractor execution of the task order requirements.
- Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Current SECRET Clearance preferred
- Federal Experience is a must
- Procurement experience desired
- Minimum five (5) years of experience with research, analysis, risk management, and strategic planning principles.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to perform administrative tasks
- Ability to perform a variety of administrative functions
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Shall have experience with computers.
- Shall have experience and efficiency in word processing and data entry.
- Shall have experience in gathering data, compiling information, and preparing reports.
- Shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand English well enough to effectively communicate with customers.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
