What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Secretary position at Cameo Consulting Group, LLC?
Cameo is currently seeking a few potential Executive Secretary to serve a government client in Washington, DC. These positions are contingent upon contract award.
Duties will include but are not limited to, answering phones, typing correspondence, data entry, and completing all other assigned designated related duties as requested by the client.
The Executive Assistant(s) will be responsible for; front desk operations, attending meetings and taking meeting minutes, collecting and distributing all mailings and package deliveries, creating and distributing data entry reports, and all other duties as assigned by the client.
In addition, the Executive Assistant(s) will be responsible for; all of the functions of the Maximo program, which includes creating and reconciling tickets and creating reports, handling all work orders between the client and its customers, and all other duties as assigned by the client.
Other duties required may include directly supporting the cleint's management by arranging their day to day activities, preparing reports for Management,and all other duties as assigned by the client.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree highly desired
5 years of experience
Current government security clearance highly desired
Strong customer-service skills
Strong sense of professionalism
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
Strong sense of duty and time management
Ability to multi-task
