What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Assistant position at Camelot Life Coach?

Primary Responsibilities: Provide administrative and domestic support empowering Barry to focus on Life Coaching clients, community service (boards and committees) and other obligations. Some of these items include but not limited to the following items:
- Draft and send lots of emails — from casual notes to polished invites
- Coordinate and send invites for social events and fun activities
- Run errands (picking up office supplies, groceries, dry cleaning, etc.)
- Update and manage his calendar, planner, and schedule
- Keep the household organized and tidy (some light cleaning as existing cleaning service)
- Help with organizational projects
- Facilitate management/punctuality of meetings, calls, and events
Qualifications:
- Super organized with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Outlook, and other tools ie AI)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Flexible and able to handle changing priorities with a smile

Schedule:
Part-time with at least 3 days or 30 hours in person weekly (some flexibility for evenings or weekends during busier times)
Compensation: $22 to $26 per hour (depending upon experience and proficiency)

Performance Evaluations: 60 day probationary period then Performance Evaluation
