WHAT YOU"LL DO:
- Own the shop floor—output, people, performance, and execution
- Stand up, stabilize, and continuously improve production lines
- Build and refine structured processes, discipline, and accountability
- Hire, train, and develop high-performing operators and line leads
- Solve real-time issues across quality, equipment, and materials
- Drive lean practices (5S, flow, efficiency) to elevate performance
- Lead the use and continuous improvement of state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment
- Partner directly with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to drive results
WHO YOU ARE:
- 3–7 years in manufacturing, with hands-on leadership experience
- You build systems, not just work within them
- You take pride in high standards, precision, and operational excellence
