Production Supervisor

Camellia is scaling fast.

We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor who wants more than just running a shift.

WHAT YOU"LL DO:

• Own the shop floor—output, people, performance, and execution
• Stand up, stabilize, and continuously improve production lines
• Build and refine structured processes, discipline, and accountability
• Hire, train, and develop high-performing operators and line leads
• Solve real-time issues across quality, equipment, and materials
• Drive lean practices (5S, flow, efficiency) to elevate performance
• Lead the use and continuous improvement of state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment
• Partner directly with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to drive results

WHO YOU ARE:

• 3–7 years in manufacturing, with hands-on leadership experience
• You build systems, not just work within them
• You take pride in high standards, precision, and operational excellence
• You push for continuous improvement—in people, processes, and equipment
• You hold teams accountable while developing them
• You don’t wait for direction—you take ownership and drive outcomes
