Job Title: Resort Appearance Manager
Department: Housekeeping
Reports to: Assistant Director of Housekeeping & Director of Housekeeping
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping function including coordinating all housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness of guest rooms to resort standards and monitoring inventory levels.

- Actively recruit and retain top talent for the resort team.
- Train Housekeeping employees to achieve a standard of cleanliness in guest rooms.
- Conduct employee performance reviews.
- Inspect rooms daily that are assigned on specific floors.
- Inventory of guest supplies, linen, and cleaning supplies.
- Ensure proper inventory and condition of supplies proper and equipment
- Make recommendations for repairs and improvements to buildings, grounds, pools and equipment
- Assist in conducting monthly staff meetings.
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.

- Previous Rooms Division management experience in a hotel/resort preferred.
- This may include weekends and early morning, or late evening work and holidays.
