Job Title: Lift Maintenance Supervisor
Department: Lift Maintenance
Reports to: Lift and Vehicle Maintenance Manager
The Lift Maintenance Supervisor will work with the Lift and Vehicle Maintenance Manager to supervise and schedule all chairlift, conveyor, and other transportation equipment maintenance to ANSI B-77, Manufacturer, and PA Dept. of Labor and Industry.

- Supervise and schedule all chairlift and other related equipment work to include but not limited to emergency repairs, regular and preventative maintenance work.
- Ensure all work is completed in a safe, quality, and timely manner.
- Operate vehicles and heavy equipment as needed.
- Comply with all departmental and company safety standards.
- Complete all log sheets accurately, and in a timely manner.
- Responsible for maintaining, ordering and inventory of all parts in the Lift Maintenance Department.
- Use PPE as required, and ensure staff are using the proper PPE when performing work.

- Knowledge of operation of all chairlifts, conveyors and related equipment and machines required.
- Knowledge of chairlift electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems required.
- Knowledge and understanding of ANSI B-77 code required.
- Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
- The position requires work at great physical heights, in all types of weather conditions, day or night.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Includes indoor and outdoor work environments. Exposure to extreme temperatures should be expected.
- Weekend and holiday availability is required as well as flexibility with the work schedule.
- During peak seasons, the schedule may require a work period of over 40 hours per week.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
- Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
- Viable candidates must be able to utilize ANSI rated harnesses which accommodate weight of 130lbs- 310lbs.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards for climbing and working at heights, and the ability to follow and enforce 100% tie-off requirements.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs. (e.g., tools, and equipment).
- Ability to climb and navigate steep, icy, and uneven terrain.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces as needed.
- Ability to operate equipment, tools, and machinery safely.
- Ability to tolerate exposure to loud noise, fumes, dust, and chemicals.
