Job Title: Full-Time Guest Services Supervisor

Department: Guest Services

Reports to: Guest Services Manager

The Guest Services Supervisor administers all Guest Services staff to ensure all guests are assisted with any service issues, queries, and complaints, to provide high quality of service.

  • Greet and welcome all guests arriving in Guest Services following the 4 Keys outlined in KSL Standards.
  • Follow all cash handling and credit policies.
  • Answer guest inquiries about all aspects of Camelback Resort.
  • Review Guest Services Policies and ensure it is up to date with the most current information.
  • Fully comprehend and be able to operate all relevant aspects of the Guest Services computer systems.
  • Answer phones and help guests with questions.
  • Train, help and assist agents with questions and problems.
  • Be able to perform and complete all tasks and duties in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Able to lift light up to 20lls of force occasionally.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time. 

Is This Job for Me:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Hospitality experience preferred.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff, guests, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • Availability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
  • Must be able to speak and read English, additional languages a plus.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions as required.
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to busy, loud environments.
