Job Title: Bar Back

Organization Structure
Reports To: Beverage Manager
Scope
Stocks outlet bars in a prompt and courteous fashion while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency to ensure Securing alcohol products, cleanliness of bar area and guest satisfactions.
Primary Responsibilities
Communicate with each bartender to completely stock the bars with fruit, juices, beer, wine, liquor, mixes, and supplies.
Prepares frozen mixes and fills frozen drink machines.
Maintain a clean and organized storage area. (All walk-in beer coolers, Keg walk-in, Liquor room)
Verifies liquor inventory; correctly completes all requisition requirements and stores stock as per approved procedures.
Maintain all beverages in a secured location (locked coolers, and storage rooms)
Clean all bars at end of shift and remove trash.
Wear approved uniform properly.
MUST BE 18
Qualifications
Education/ Experience: Basic reading, writing and math skills and basic knowledge of the bartenders’ duties.
Skills: Customer service attitude & Interpersonal communications
