Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position for a Litigation Attorney located in the West Hollywood area. The Litigation Attorney will manage all aspects of cases, including drafting and filing legal motions, attending court hearings and trials, preparing for and conducting depositions, and collaborating with a legal team to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. The role requires strong legal acumen, excellent courtroom presence, and the ability to navigate the complexities of litigation effectively.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Law and legal procedures
- Proficiency in drafting and filing Motions
- Experience working with Courts, including attending hearings and trials
- Skills in conducting Depositions and trial preparation
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Active license to practice law in California
- Experience in personal injury litigation is a strong plus
