Non-Profit Case Processor
The Case Processor works in the Home Energy Assistance department, under the general supervision of the Program Director, and is responsible for maintaining a professional work ethic, a high level of accuracy and organization when processing client files, and performs other programmatic duties assigned efficiently and effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Thoroughly review all client documents for eligibility via either online or in office as needed. Achieve daily caseload requirements set by Program Director. Responsible for notifying clients of incomplete online applications and required documents following an accurate review of applications entered in dynamics 365 CRM database including supporting comments and notes. Responsible for reviewing weekly mail, voicemails, emailed documents, and updating the state database accordingly. Maintain a daily log of all processed work. Send weekly reports of applications completed at main office and a daily count of applications submitted through online portal to executive leadership. Process emergency fuel requests as well as other heating utilities. Submit Portables, HUD, Out of County, Zero Income, and problem files to designated personnel. Ensure all supporting documentation is updated into client files upon receipt. All other daily activities are to be completed effectively and in a timely manner. Attend required conferences and meetings as scheduled. Perform all other programmatic duties as necessary. Education / Qualifications:
Associate’s degree preferred. High School diploma may be accepted with relevant case processing experience. English required and bilingual Spanish preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast placed environment, organize daily tasks and fulfill daily production quotas, operate a computer and other standard office equipment, demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and neatness, understand and follow written and oral instructions, and use tact, discretion and courtesy when dealing with clients and colleagues.
