Role Description
- Help develop & improve manufacturing processes
- Create & interpret CAD drawings (SolidWorks/AutoCAD)
- Support production with troubleshooting & technical guidance
- Participate in lean manufacturing & process improvement projects
- Apply basic CNC programming & production planning skills
- Assist with process control & quality documentation
- Contribute to assigned engineering projects
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline (Recent grads encouraged)
- Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Basic manufacturing principles knowledge
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Team player with good communication & time management
- Able to relocate or commute to Sayre, PA
Work Schedule
50 hours / Week is Mandatory.
Qualifications
- Background in Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering or Any Engineering
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, or a related field, will be acceptable.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
