- Verify that the correct products, quantities, and orders are loaded onto outbound trucks.
- Audit shipments to ensure accuracy before trucks depart the facility.
- Use RF scanners and tablets to validate inventory and shipment information.
- Direct truck drivers to the appropriate dock doors, loading areas, and pickup locations.
- Review shipping documentation and resolve discrepancies before shipment release.
- Communicate with warehouse, shipping, and transportation teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor loading activities and confirm compliance with company shipping procedures.
- Investigate and report shipment errors, shortages, or inventory issues.
- Maintain accurate records of audits, inspections, and shipment verifications.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures while working in warehouse and shipping areas.
