Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services Full-time opportunity availableMonday-Friday 8 AM- 4:30 PM$3 PIB$22-$23 an hour (all inclusive)Responsibilities as Central Supply:Manage patient health information by ensuring patient records remain accurate, complete, current, confidential, and are compliant with federal and state regulations, HIPAACreates medical record for all new admissionsMaintains accurate order of open records, paper and electronicPerforms routine audits of medical records upon admission, throughout the stay, and discharge to monitor compliance with policies regarding documentation, physician visits, timeliness, etc.Maintains EMR uploading of documentsProcesses medical record requestsMaintains closed records in accordance with Company policies and procedureResponds to telephone inquiries concerning medical records and may respond to correspondence, as directed by center managementPerforms other duties as requested Qualifications of Central Supply:1 years of related experience required, preferably in a skilled nursing facilityMust have Central Supply experienceMust be willing to train in Medical RecordsHigh School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferredMust be able to handle all the physically demanding aspects of being a Central Supply Coordinator in a skilled nursing facilityAbility to provide great customer service to patients and employeesBenefits for Central Supply:Tuition reimbursementEmployee referral bonusHealth, vision, and dental benefits401(k) with matchEmployee engagement and culture committeeCompany sponsored life insuranceEmployee assistance program (EAP) resourcesJoin our team at Cambridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 120-bed Sub-Acute, and Long-Term Care facility where compassion and quality care are at the heart of everything we do.
