What are the responsibilities and job description for the Police Cadet position at Cambridge Police Department?
The Cambridge Police Cadet Program is a paid, on-the-job training program for Cambridge young adults interested in exploring a career in law enforcement, public safety, or other public service. Cadets will gain first-hand work experience by working in jobs that support the operations of various units within the police department. Former Police Cadets have gone on to successful careers with the Police Department, Fire Department, Emergency Communications, and EMS.
The next Cambridge Police Cadet Exam is scheduled for Saturday, November 15th, applications will be accepted until 5 p.m. on October 24th.
