Qualifications/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous administrative experience in an educational or athletics setting preferred
Successful background check required
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:
Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other office software.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends during athletic events. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

Specific Tasks:
Provide direct administrative support to the Director of Athletics and Activities in daily operations. Maintain schedules, calendars, and communication for athletic events, practices, and meetings. Assist with the preparation, distribution, and posting of schedules, announcements, and program updates. Manage correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Assist with the coordination of transportation, officials, facilities, and event logistics. Track required forms, eligibility records, and compliance documentation for student-athletes. Process purchase orders, invoices, and budget-related paperwork. Support communication between coaches, staff, students, parents, and community organizations. Assist in the planning and execution of athletic banquets, award ceremonies, and special events. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information. School office environment with frequent interaction with students, staff, parents, and the public. May require some evening and weekend hours to support athletic events.
