Job Overview: The Senior Director, Relationship Management is responsible for strengthening and expanding relationships with Cambridge’s financial professionals while driving engagement across the full suite of tools, resources, and services the firm provides. You will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional advisor experience by identifying opportunities for added value, optimizing service delivery, and ensuring financial professionals are well-supported in growing and serving their clients.

Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are essential, and this role requires approximately 25% travel.
Certificates & Licenses
$120,000-190,000. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the company’s operational needs, and other factors permitted by law. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, education, performance, internal equity, and geographic location.

- Build and deepen relationships with financial professionals to enhance engagement and satisfaction across Cambridge’s platforms, tools, and resources.
- Examine trends, gather insights, and create innovative solutions that help better support advisors and improve their experience.
- Proactively identify and manage attrition risk in collaboration with home office partners, ensuring early intervention and strategic retention efforts.
- Develop, execute, and measure progress on annual business plans, aligning goals and initiatives with firmwide strategic priorities.
- Partner closely with internal teams to deliver high-impact education, training, and conference experiences that elevate advisor success and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Provide thought leadership by staying current with industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive insights, and translate that knowledge into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address advisor needs, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvement across processes and service delivery.
- Serve as a trusted advocate for financial professionals, bringing forward opportunities, challenges, and feedback that influence strategy and enhance the advisor journey.
- Lead with a coaching mindset, fostering collaboration, accountability, and alignment across Relationship Management and internal partners.
