Pay & Earning Potential
- $18-45 per hour - earn commission on all training sessions rendered (based on experience and certifications)
- Paid onboarding and training and consistent weekly schedule
- Learn our Fitness Consultation process and start building a book of clients from day 1!
- Pathway to full-time income potential - pick up additional shifts at Isanti and/or North Branch for more money!
What You’ll Do
- Coach members of all experience levels—first-timers to seasoned lifters
- Execute personalized 1-on-1 and small group training programs through provided weekly templates
- Build meaningful relationships that keep members motivated and consistent
- Track progress, celebrate wins, and help members believe in themselves
- Educate on movement, recovery, nutrition basics, and healthy habits
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment
- Collaborate with a team that pushes each other to be better every day
