```Duties:```
- Maintenance operations of the facility
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols
- Hands on job and maintenance technician and provide guidance and support
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate with other departments to maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations
- Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies needed for maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment history

```Qualifications: ```
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Proven experience in supervising a team in a maintenance or facilities management role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and general maintenance practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
