We are seeking a driven, highly organized professional to support our team across marketing, business development, and office operations. This is a unique hybrid role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants broad exposure across an investment and advisory platform.
Responsibilities
-Marketing & Brand Support
· Manage and update company websites and social media channels
· Develop and refine marketing collateral, pitch decks, presentations, and newsletters
· Support event promotion, thought leadership initiatives, and brand-building activities
· Coordinate with external designers or agencies as needed
-Business Development & Research
· Conduct company and industry screening to identify potential targets, partners, and opportunities
· Research conferences, events, and speaking engagements; support all prep and logistics
· Assist in outreach campaigns and communication with external stakeholders
· Help maintain CRM, pipelines, and BD dashboards
-Office Management & Operations
· Oversee day-to-day office operations in our West Palm Beach HQ
· Coordinate meetings, scheduling, travel arrangements, and internal logistics
· Serve as a central point of contact for vendors, internal teams, and guests
· Ensure office environment is organized, efficient, and well-run
Qualifications
· 3-8 years of experience in marketing, business development, and growth or a relevant industry role
· Strong communication and writing skills
· Expertise in presentation creation (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.) and social media management
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
· Strong research and analytical capabilities
· High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
